School Uniform
at St. John’s Junior School
The smart appearance of our pupils is a reflection of the high standards we expect in all areas at St John’s RC Junior School.
We therefore expect all children to wear correct school uniform.
Grey skirt or pinafore
Navy Blue sweatshirt with the school crest
White polo shirt plain or with the school crest
Black shoes
Navy or white socks/tights
Summer Uniform - Blue checked or striped school summer dress
Grey school trousers
Navy Blue sweatshirt with the school crest
White polo shirt plain or with the school crest
Black school shoes
White, navy or grey socks
Summer Uniform - Grey shorts or school trousers
Sensible flat shoes are essential for health and safety reasons. Trainers are not permitted. Stripy or patterned tights are not permitted.
The official school polo shirts and sweatshirts are available from Urban Design, Rock Ferry or The Wirral Uniform Shop, Birkenhead.
All clothing must be clearly marked with your child’s name.
P.E
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, children come to school in their P.E. kit on their assigned day. The children should wear a pair of blue shorts, a white t-shirt and trainers. Tracksuits can be worn outside during colder months.
Jewellery
Jewellery is not allowed for safety reasons. However, if ears are pierced, studs may be worn. School can not take responsibility for loss or damage to jewellery.
